The FusionFlex Series is a Servo-over-hydraulic system that is well-suited for applications requiring the higher tonnage ranges and durability offered by standard hydraulic machines, as well as the higher technology software options, quiet operation, and energy efficiency of the ServoFlex and MechaFlex series. This series bridges the gap between rugged industrial applications and more complex or sensitive manufacturing processes.
This Traveling Head Press offers the efficiency of a press with a dual-station automatic shuttling table but has the space savings of a single-station auto shuttling table. It also increases operational efficiency by having a single operator or robot to do the work of both stations by having the tables "exchange", one over the top of the other. The press is cutting material on the second table position while the operator or robot is picking from the first.
