Hydraulic Die Cutting Platen Press w/ Manual Push Table

The Hydro-Force Platen Press is well-suited for standard through-cutting applications with an overall cutting accuracy of ±0.01". The centered cylinder design and four-post design combats deflection error with equal distribution of cutting pressure. This press offers a great next step, from Swing Arm Clicker Presses, into higher tonnage ranges (up to 100 tons) and larger cutting areas up to 36" square.

This Four Column Platen Press is suited for standard through-cutting applications with an overall cutting accuracy of ±0.01". Add the blanking screws option to improve cutting accuracies up to 0.003".

This press offers a great next step, from Swing Arm Clicker Presses, into higher tonnage ranges, up to 100 ton,  and larger cutting areas up to 36" square.  

The centered cylinder design offers less overall deflection versus the cantilever effect found in a Swing Arm Clicker Press. The machine is equipped with safety light curtains, physical guarding, anti-tiedown, anti-double click, automatic die clamping, and programmed safety redundancies to meet most common safety requirements. It also boasts a 10" HMI touchscreen with intuitive user controls, and I/O feedback for easy diagnostics and maintenance.
