Benefits
• Like Servo-Electric models, this machine is virtually silent when the machine is sitting idle. During the brief moment of the compression, the groan of the hydraulics is comparable to the noise level of other hydraulic machines at around 90dB.
• With a fully enclosed cutting area, safety light curtains, and fully covered pinch-point areas, this machine is among the safest machines of its type on the market.
drawbacks
• Although quieter and more energy like servo-electric series, this machine not cleanroom friendly.
• This servo-over-hydraulic system doesn’t carry any significant speed benefits over standard hydraulic traveling head systems
• The software and some machine features may be moderately complex for some machine operators.
